Very good variety of international cuisine. Although the selection in the entrees is a bit limited, it is worth going to for the ambience.

At first I didn't fancy the idea of a buffet - a bad one can be very bad. But I've now been 3 times & its great.

It has an amazing view -ever changing as it slowly spins. But the main thing is the quality of the food which is superb. You can have a traditional English roast dinner of sushi or whaever from in between.

Only quibble is that the prices seem to have gone steadily up - but I guess youget what you pay for.

I recently visited this restaurant while on holiday in Dubai as it had been recommended to me by so many people. The restaurant at the top of the Hyatt Regency Hotel is more of an experience than a mere restaurant. For a start it is revolving and the view is superb. Its quite dark inside which really makes the best of the views. All the tables have a good view but I would book a window table if poss. The food is international with a great variety including excellent seafood and Arabic food. I would say its an unmissable experience.
