Asha's
your comments review this restaurant
It was one of those business dinners where we had to make it to any nice restaurants. Asha's was thus chosen. Trust me, even not being hungry, we ate so much. The ambience is out of the world, service is just perfect(especially if you happen to be served by our georgeous waitress Hema!) and teh food was just perfect
We called it a meal experience to remember without having a huge hole in the pocket. A must visit if you are in Dubai

Loved this restaurant. Beautiful decor. Simple, low lighting. Great menu. Muscat lamb is a great dish and also the Butter Chicken. We had a waiter called Peter who was a star that night. Great staff. Great value for money.

We had gone to Asha's reading various reviews on it being one of the premium restaurants in Dubai. But our experience was otherwise.
When we booked a table - we were called up some 3-4 times to re-confirm the appointment. I can understand being called up once or twice, but frankly speaking beyond this it gets irritating.
When we arrived, & when they were seating us - a part of the floor had just been wiped & was wet & there was not indication to say this. Also, the maitre'd who was leading us to the table did not indicate. In the process, my 4 year old daughter slipped & was hurt. Even out of courtesy, there was no apology from the person concerned. The series of events did not stop there. After they seated us & while we were placing the orders, one fo their staff members came with water & while pouring it - manage to pour it all over the table. Extremely clumsy & disoriented staff.
We placed our order - Kolhapuri mutton & Prwans chigri malai curry, chicken soup & a kebab platter. The kebabs were ok - nothing extraordinary to write about. the soup was good. The main dishes of mutton & prawns were pathetic. The mutton gravy was watery & absolutely had no taste.
Overall our experience was extremely bad. Inspite of the staff putting us through a series of eventful mishaps - no one even bothered to apologize. So anyone planning to go for a good dinner to Asha's - beware. the setting & ambience is excellent - but it just stops there. You can't have a great restaurant if you are in the service industry & do not have the right people to match.

Beautiful ambience, very friendly staff, good taste and style to match, service - good but can do better. In spite of the service, is value for money. Been there quite a few number of times.

I went to Asha's 6 months ago, when we were on a holiday to Dubai. After walikng into the place, I was shocked to see such a beautiful restaurant in terms of ambience. The food and service did only add up to what I was thinking...This restaurant is definetly worth value for money...

Probably the best Indian and one of the best restaurants in any category. Asha's stands out in every aspect. The real, authentic North frontier cuisine, ambience, that cannot be beaten by any one and the service is just outstanding. Its not overbearing, but to that point where you'd call it ideal. No wonder they are going places like Kuwait, UK etc.

Expectations surpassed !! A business dinner with some clients turned out to be a memorable experience. The food was great especially Murg Rasam, Aloo Masala, Kesar Biryani, Butter Nan. Though my European guests hesitatingly agreed to try Kingfisher Beer - then on it was just refill & refill. We were served by a pleasant South African waiter !!
We rather expected beautiful Indian ladies in sarees or other ethnic attire. However, as Ashas's music so her restaurant - simply great !!
