I dont doubt the quality of the food at bombay chowpatty counters, but certainly their managers at all outlets specially the one at oasis center provides a horrible service.
I believe if bombay chowpatty managing commitee is reviewing this reviews , they should seriously think on improving the service provided by the managers . The staff seems to be more well mannered and behaved in comparison to the outlet managers..
They should seriously start training manners and service delivery to the managers or just throw them out. This type behaviour is intolerable

I agree with the previosu post - qualit has gone down and so have the portion sizes. As for the prices - well everything costs more so why not this - they can be pardoned for this. But whatever be the case, Bombay Chowpatty is still the place when it comes to spicy "Indianised" chinese (don't we all want that instead of the real thing), Frankies and Chat.

Actually Bombay Chowpatty used to be a very good snack place. However, in the last few years they have made big cuts. They have reduced the size of the portions and increased the prices. One of my favourites and the highlight of my Dubai trips was Falooda at Bombay Chowpatty; it used to be awesome. Alas, they have reduced the size down to an ice-cream cone and taken many of the ingredients out yet charge a hefty price. They have lost it.
