Casa Goa

Limited menu, atrocious prices (AED 22 for a caramel custard) and absolutely cold and lack lustre buffet meal.
You'd be better off with a packet of boiled sausages and some feni
The singer is very talented but doesnt sing very much

've been a regular visitor at Casa Goa for more than couple of years now. Its a nice place with very nice and obliging waiters/ service staff and some good music from Kaji. Though its a small place people would love going back there for the food, and ordinarily priced drinks if not for the kind of crowd and very visible goan culture from the guests.

I will very much agree, the place is really wonderful, apart from playing good music, Michael (the singer) also sings Goan songs all on request, which he loves to obliged.. Sorro ani dukkor, what else does a pavwalla needs.. I make it a point to go on weekends coz that's when it's more lively.. Do visit the place, it's really good... Apart from the good food, drink & music, it's a meeting place where you find a lots of like minded acquaintances..

Its a great place to go to spend a Friday. Reminds you of the typical Goan lifestyle, all laidback with good food and excellent live music and he definitely plays your request. Food and drinks are excellent and also not very heavy on the pocket. Have been there several times and will go there again.
