Gelato’s

I just had my simple dinner there a while ago. The management have to train well their staff. Every one was on the other side chatting and I waited for a couple of minutes for someone to take my order. When the food was served, nobody even asked me how am i enjoying my food.! Very poor service. Is there a manager there?
