Nothing special about that restaurant.. the only advantage the Deira City Centre branch has is that its located in Deira City Centre.
Service is getting better with less people heading to City centre and more going to Mall of the Emirates. I would also avoid going there on the weekends as service deteriorates when the restaurants gets too crowded.
As for what to order, if you don't like anything on their semi-home cooked style daily dish, then stick to Lebanese grills. Fish is okay, but not its best. Don’t order the western dishes – they are bland and have no character.
As for the cost, a couple should have a decent meal for 100, 120 max. That covers a couple of appetizers, main courses and maybe some fresh juice.
