Cinnabon

I love Cinnabon, every time i go to cinnabon the staff will prepare my order before i place my order since they know i go to cinnabon every day

I must say, i am appalled by the service at the DMC branch. They took my order, promised to deliver in 15/20 minutes. 40 minutes later i called in and they said another 30 minutes. Unacceptable service.

My husband and I went to Cinnabon at the Burjuman branch on 26th June at 1930 hrs and was appalled by their service. Mary Grace had served by husband and taken his order but when the order came she gave the cinnabons to the person who came after my husband who had ordered the same!

Without any reasonable explanation or apology from her manager, they argued with my husband and at the end we ended up losing our appetite. It was the most disgusting service in cinnabon I had ever visited.
