This cafe was best for its location and friendly staff before its renovation. With the new management it is currently heading towards the worst places to stop and have a meal due to its hostile staff who do not embrace customer service and do not value the importance of repeat business.
The frequent customers are not recognized as they are rigid and most unflexible by the rules put in place. For example they can not do anything about the flies in the restaurant unless you choose to sit outside because the rule says so. They can choose to cancel your meal order after taking it and promising to deliver.
Unfortunately the good ambience and nice cuisine does not match its staff including the incompetent duty managers,(22nd December 2007 morning).
Kindly embrace a more customer friendly atmosphere that promotes efficiency.
