Chicken Tikka Inn

Dear Management of chicken tikka inn,

Today i ordered take away of 5 plates of chappli kebabs and 8 plain nans from chicken tikka inn, international city dubai. My bill no is 16769 dated 3/9/2011.

I am old an customer of chicken tikka inn since last11 years and generally the food quality is satisfctory, however today for the first time i got food from the international city branch. the chappli kebabs were dry and tasteless and i could hardly swallow them down my throat. the nans were definitely not nans but plain roti. they were very hard and thin. i have eaten plain nan from other branches also and know the difference between a nan and a plain roti. when i complained to the person on telephone in the restaurant he insisted that he had sent nans.

i am disappointed with your standards at this restaurant and will never like to eat again here or order a take away.

went to the new barsha branch. best bbq grill food in town. also good value for money.i loved the tandoori boti and behari kebab.and tandoor breads really good.

it was a horrible experience. when ordered chicken Jal frezy and to our shock it came in chinese style(so called ) soaked in Tomato sauce, so we called up thinking it might be a error ,but the manager says this is how jal frezy is made.???? ( it was more like a horiible american choupsuey without the noodles). Then he said he will replace it with chicken handi. that came after more than 40 min though the hotel is in the next building. it was made with such haste that niether the turmeric nor the chicken was cooked . complete disaster of friday lunch take away. This is the new one in al barsha
