Dum Pukht

Excellent Food, Okay Ambience, and nice service. Basically I was there for food on a lot of my friends' recommendation, I found it up to the mark. If you like desi food then it is The Place.

The restaurant was a big disappointment. I went there with my family on a friend's suggestion but didn't like the food at all. We ordered Chicken Biryani and Mutton Karahi. The biryani was not bad but can't be graded good either. For 26 dirhams a plate the quantity was nothing. Same was the case with the Mutton karahi, which shouldn't be called a karahi.

i've been fequenting dum pukht since 2006. inspite of a few inconsistancies, food remains good. biryani is very tasty and place is kept clean. i wud reccomend this restaurant to specially those who appreciate taste of pakistani food.

Its one of the best restaurants for Pakistanis, you really get a great taste of food.

i would mark it at 80%. for sure its one of the best.

Heard so much about Dum pukht in dubai, during my last visit I had this horrible experience of going there. Shami was no special, biryani lacked aroma, service pathetic, overall poor, man wind up !

I have been to Dum Pukht a lot of time the food is average but I love the plain parathas they serve one paratha is just more then enough to fill your stomach ....and its tasty too...
