The Venus Restaurant is reputed for their South Indian snacks and meals. However their customer service is atrocious. Once a client has placed an order over the phone, one learns that only certain dishes are delivered based on the day of the week. After the selection is made and you give your location for delivery, you are told that they cannot deliver beyond 1km from their Restaurant. One does not only lose their cool but their appetite also.

To contact with the restaurent over the telephone is absurd . impossible even you try thousand time to call them. It should be over come . Inside service is good, telephone service is bad ,you should keep 2 or 3 telephone line.

Best value for money veg restaurant. Though believed to be a South Indian restaurant, it also serves excellent north Indian food. Best for Medu Vada Sambar and Dosas.
