i ordered a pizza around 2:45 am, know its late, but they took my order n said to me it'll b deliver in 45 mins, but now d time s 4:30 am, n i'm still waiting coz of starving, come on if u can't get d food jus let us know so we'll not wait, delivery guy called me while i'm typing this, is this u called express service? Unbelievable!

Few ingredients on the pizza. No pizza sauce! Pizza arrived cold. If I wanted a melted cheese bread I would make it at home....
Delivery charge means I cannot tip the driver!
I ordered menus, but they did not arrive.

A homedelivery order was placed and arrived only after an hour, also the order was not up to the mark as the drinks were not delivered along with the food. On trying to caontact customer service several times there was no response it was also conspicuous that the call was being disconnected repeatedly . I am very disappointed in the services offered by Pizza Hut and does not allow me to patronise with you.

One can get a brain collapse while waiting for a Pizza Hut delivery. Its always easier to go there and back on feet 5-6 times than exhausting yourself till the nervous breakdown!

The delivery promise is not kept - The phone order taker did not inform me that they were having a busy day. When I called back the follow-up lady tells me that the pizza will arrive in 10 minutes. Pizza arrives after another 30 minutes! That's over an hour from order time. Though the HOT sticker showed HOT - the food went cold by the time we had the first slice. Garlic bread was cold :-(
The price is no longer good value. I could eat out at a nice vegetarian restaurant with starters, main meal and dessert for this price.

Placed an order at 12.05pm, its 1.40pm now and I am still awaiting. Called twice for follow up but no one picked so I called xtn for placing the new order and the girl has put me on hold since past 10 mins, dont believe this. I am writing this note while listening to the on hold music.

i know ramadan is a busy time for all food outlets but then camon......u have 2 be prepared and pizza hut delievery systerm just plainly sucks......i ordered my pizza at 9 and was told that i will get it in 45 mins.....waited till 10:20....when there was no sign of my pizza .....i called like a zillion times,no response and then i am told that there is some problem in the sysytem..blah blah and it will take another 40 mins,sheeesh ppl......if u cant deliver then stop ur delivery system bc it just won't work.

July 2nd I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut shortly after 9:00 PM.
At 10:00 PM my wife reminded me there was no pizza. After calling the back-up number and listening to the promotion regarding the Italian Pizza special several times the phone would disconnect. Around 10:30 I reached an employee who put me on hold to check--after a few minutes the phone disconnected. I reached the follow up again at 10:45 to cancel the order (yes I am an idiot for waiting this long to cancel)
The employee assured me he had spoken to the driver and it would reach the Crown Plaza before 11:00PM. At 11:00PM the Manager called to say the Pizza had not been started, my order had not been entered into the system, slightly contrary to what the employee who had “claimed” to have spoken with the driver told me. I thought she was going to offer me a free pizza--not so--she only wanted to know if I still wanted the pizza and really did not understand why I declined. Pizza Hut Dubai should spend less money on advertizing (they earned their reputation in the US on fast delivery) and hire more competent employees whatever the cost.

I have ordered my food from Pizza Hut & they told me that we will be delever it within 40 minutes, we were waiting for almost 1 hour. & than we have called for follow up again but they put me on hold on my mobile for 10-15 minutes & nobody have answered me, & call has been breaked, than i called again twice same thing happened again. after that i went for complaint they told me that we are following your order & after follow up we will call back you. but after that i am still waiting for their call & now we are going out to take our meal.
i wont order anything from pizza hut again..........
