Well, first of all, Pizza Hut in Dubai, have only 2 pizzas for veggies. me and my friends struggled for 5 minutes on the line trying to get what that lady was saying.. man it was a real hard time ordering my pizza..

I have just had a Chicken BBQ Pizza from Mercato Pizza Hut as this morning I received a nice Pizza Hut Advert with Gulf News.
The Pizza given had a maximum uof just 8 pieces of tiny chicken and 10 pieces of onions i.e. it was empty whilst the picture on the advert says another story.
Pizza Hut it is the last time you misled me.

We've ordered a pizza today and have been told it will come in 30 minutes. Now are 2 hours and not yet here. Calling them didnt help... why shall i wait on the line for 20 minutes?

Absolutely horrendous delivery service. I've consistently had a pizza delivered late the last 3 times I've ordered from them. I'm talking of over an hour delivery times here. The pizza was also subpar.
The next time, I rather just make myself a cheese sandwich. I've had it with Pizza Hut Dubai's delivery service.

I have just dialed their new number (600) 569 999 and waited for about ten minutes hearing the regular message (Your call is important ....), then I've heard a sound that looks like a person is ready to answer me, but the call got disconnected !

Contrary to these people below, there always right on time for me, staff are always nice- the last night even opened up the pizza box to make sure it was right. top notch serves

worst experience ever.
the pizza arrived after 1.5 hours, and it was the WRONG PIZZA. after calling and calling and calling for 30 minutes to tell them they brought the wrong pizza, no one picked up!!!! They put me on hold with the annoying "your call is important to us" message playing over and over.
never ordering from there again!

Dissapointed with the home delievery service. Took them an hour-and half to reach . Unfriendly, staff when they were called upon..I guess they are just under staffed big time... Its better to dine out at the pizza huts over delievery ...

i was always a big fan of Pizza Hut especially about their Chicken Cheasar Salads which i can eat lunch and dinner.
I am trully dissapointed in the servie i reseved, however a lady called Samer called me up apoligised and was very helpfull.
just by receiving her call i will definitly continue eating Chicken Ceasar Salad
