Pizza Hut Home Deliveries (600 569999)

The worse pizza delivery, got my order after 1hr and 6 minutes , call complained department and nobody answered. Pizza was cold and tasted old, disgusting!!! I can only blame myself for paying for that old piece of bread and chicken wings.

Never ever "Pizza Not" again. Folk there so many other pizza company in dubai , dont stop at this one!

a very bad service from pizza hut i placed order and they have all address details before because it is not my first time it was 22.45 they said 45mn we follow after 50 mn also they gve us the driver phone number he said had a wrong address and after several calls we get no delivery and i had guest waiting in my house

i asked to to talk to one who can solve as manager no one help it is really a very bad service.

Placed an order at 9:45am and the lady on the phone said it'll be delivered at 10:30. Followed up at 10:30 and the lady said wait 5 minutes more; she gave me the delivery guy's number but no one answered. He came 15 minutes later. I was surprised the pizza was very dry and with very minimal sauce (could barely taste it!!!)

I dialled pizza hut's hotline to complain, no one's answering until I got disconnected.. Very Bad Service...

Had very bad experience ordering for home delivery.

Meal includes garlic bread, salad & pepsi, but Pizza Hut staff insisted to charge extra for garlic bread, saying the menu was wrongly printed.

Even the manager was very rude & non-cooperative, so we have to cancel the order.

We ordered pan meal for 4 which is accompanied with salad, pepsi and choice of any 4 pizza's. The offer brochure mentioned that the pizza is accompanied with salad and Pepsi. Why should we order salad seperately then?

The salad wasn't delivered and when I called they refused to listen and solve the problem.

It was my son's b'day and I am taking lent hence cannot have non veg. Hoping to have the salad, I was very dissappointed and moreover when I called the staff is not willing to accept their mistake nor solve the problem.

Our dinner was finally spoiled due to the bad behaviour and service of Pizza Hut.

They should listen and take the oder properly. This is not the first time now..

Pizza Hut should try to solve the problem raised by the people instead of having their staff agrue with us

We had terrible experience in Pizza Hut Jumairah Umm al sequim Area.

We were around 25 people Incld kids, on arrival to pizza hut the branch manager ask us min AED.20.00 for each person it means your bill should be atleast AED.500.00.

we had some doubt of this rules because fast food joints cant have such rules so we ask him to show us if there is anything in writing, which he refuse to provide.

instead of accepting his mistake he force us with the family to get out from restaurant without any manners.

trust us this people has no manners/courtesy even if you are with family.

i ordered a pizza around 2:45 am, know its late, but they took my order n said to me it'll b deliver in 45 mins, but now d time s 4:30 am, n i'm still waiting coz of starving, come on if u can't get d food jus let us know so we'll not wait, delivery guy called me while i'm typing this, is this u called express service? Unbelievable!

Few ingredients on the pizza. No pizza sauce! Pizza arrived cold. If I wanted a melted cheese bread I would make it at home....

Delivery charge means I cannot tip the driver!

I ordered menus, but they did not arrive.

A homedelivery order was placed and arrived only after an hour, also the order was not up to the mark as the drinks were not delivered along with the food. On trying to caontact customer service several times there was no response it was also conspicuous that the call was being disconnected repeatedly . I am very disappointed in the services offered by Pizza Hut and does not allow me to patronise with you.
