Pizza Hut Home Deliveries (600 569999)

we ordered pizzas from pizza hut and for the past 2 hours it has not been delivered. service is pathetic. children are starving, only if i knew of this kind of service we would not order from this chain, there are many chains in Dubai.

The customer service only knows to say FIVE minutes ha...but the five minutes never comes.

Just today, we ordered from Pizza hut before 12noon for the Party Box. At 1:05 PM I made a follow-up, and they informed me that I have to wait for another 10mins, without any apology.It is now 1:20 PM and no pizza was delivered and I've been calliing for follow up but I was just placed on queue. Finally my call was answered at 1:25 PM but still no apologies and i was informed again to wait for another 2 Minutes. Pizza was delivered only at 1:35,

What a disappointment!

Me and my husband ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut,UAE on the 14th of November 2012 at 21.44 hrs to celebrate our wedding anniversary at home and the person who took the order confirmed to deliver within 45mins to 1hr. After 1hr was passed we called to follow up at 22.50hrs the order but they confirmed it would arrive within 5min.

Since it never arrived we called again at 23.05hrs to complain but it was sad to mention that a world wide company customer service was really bad and it took such a long time to answer us and even after he answered he kept us on hold for along time and was very rude in his manner. To add with that the person who took the order initially was very rude too. After the complain he confirmed the delivery with in 10 mins. But it never arrived and we tried several times to call but he were kept on hold for long minutes. And ultimately it arrived around 23.45hrs which was after 2 hours of the initial order but we refused the order as we had our dinner already after so many hours of starving for Pizza.

It was very pathetic to know about the service of an international company as we have experienced Pizza Hut always as very friendly and fast delivery. Also the order we placed was Fun 4 All box which is 49DHS in the website but it was actually 55DHS and though Pizza Hut promises free delivery they charge 5DHS.

This will be bad reputation for Pizza Hut world wide if this happens often as it carries a good brand name internationally though it is lacking here.

One of the worst "no delivery" cases

Ordered pizza and it never came even after following up. what a Terrible service. Poor customer service team, no service recovery, nothing at all. i dont know how they survive.

Would never recommend anyone to place an order with the delivery centre.

I called and ordered my food and the lady said the food will be arriving in 45mins. 2HOURS PASS AND THE FOOD FINALLY ARRIVES.

1. Pizza reached late more than one hour

2. Diet pepsi was with out fizz and it was only 3/4 full

3. Pizza was not fully cooked

4. No ketchup accompanied

5. It was a combo for two with salad - Salad was an apology.

6. Salad had only potato, cabbage and cream

6. Salad - I specifically said no potato. But it was full of Potato.

I feel I should never order or eat Pizza from Pizza hut.

This is not the first ime it is happening. Every time I order something or the other thing goes wrong. It cannot happen every time. This cannot be a coincidence.

This is totally unacceptable. You shouldnt run this kind of an operation and spoil the name of PIZZAHUT.

9.30pm and I called up the home delivery number. I'm told that they aren't accepting any new orders for tonight due to the rush. Rush on a weekday evening. There service is becoming a joke. I think that's the last time I order from Pizza Hut.

The worse pizza delivery, got my order after 1hr and 6 minutes , call complained department and nobody answered. Pizza was cold and tasted old, disgusting!!! I can only blame myself for paying for that old piece of bread and chicken wings.

Never ever "Pizza Not" again. Folk there so many other pizza company in dubai , dont stop at this one!
