Since My Wife & I thought of having a PLEASNT & nice evening together, Just Searched the Web & found your Site. Looked Professional & interesting .Just visited & found A THAI RESTAURANT "PAI THAI"

To get more info & location etc, called the Tel No mentioned.

Regrettably had very disappointing & unpleasant Experience.

First of All the LADIES , who attended Phone calls , after several Rings , either found such calls IRRITATING or not at all interested to Provide CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When asked the location, one said it’s in ALQASAR??? When insisted where this place is, promptly transferred the line to another Tel /extension!

The other LADY was equally NOT INTRESTED & SOUNDED BORED!

She said its next to the SEA???!!

When pushed & asked which Sea? Where? Locality etc, IT WAS TOLD I SHOULD KNOW WHERE ALQASAR IS - IN MADINAT JUMEIRAH!

Wonder what made her think everyone SHOULD KNOW THIS INFO? If so why she is there? What’s her Job?

When I pointed, she should Tell this First, then give more dtls etc.

Apparently IT UPSET HER & she just changed her tone .When I pointed, I will report this Attitude etc, to Management, THE LINE WAS DROPPED!

Hence this Mssg to you. Please TRAIN YOUR STAFF, to be Polite, Friendly & Professional - After ALL its Hospitality Business & it’s in DUBAI.

Here Everyone, incl POLICEMAN & Immig Staff WELCOMES you, with a SMILE.

Let this Untrained People mar the reputation of this Great Place - DUBAI!!

Hope you will look into this IMP matter & take appropriate Action & TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

This a very peacful and relaxing place. Good views over the waterways, very good modern Thai food - I would certainly recommend this restaurant. We went by buggy form the Al Qasr hotel on the Madinat complex.
