Great Food,but their service is very bad.I know that it's crowded during the weekends but they should find a solution for this.I always see people leaving or complaining.

Also their staff is overworked,hence not very friendly

Paul is an excellent restaurant and food absolutely wonderful. Yes, it was busy but the waiters literally ran about to serve everyone as quickly as possible. Whilst in Dubai over Easter 2010 this became my favourite place to eat. The presentation of the food can only be described in one word "Wow"

My experience at Paul was horrible. The food was okay but the service was absolutely one of the worst I have ever experienced in Dubai.

I went to the restaurant at the recommendation of a friend for lunch. The restaurant was very busy with a lunchtime crowd and the wait staff seemed overwhelmed. Not a problem, except that the wait staff was very unhelpful and rude.

Not a great experience. My family and I went for breakfast on Saturday (a usually very busy day for all restaurants) at the Paul in Jumeirah Beach Residence and found that the "French" restaurant had no croissants beside chocolate and a limited amount of other items as well. The waiter was to busy watching other people and staff was completely distracted, thereby ignoring our table regularly.

Upon trying to use the entertainer vouchers we had just purchased, we were told that breakfast is not considered a "Main Meal" and therefore they would not honor it. When approaching the manager about this, his attitude was dismissive and rude. If my managers working here in Dubai treated my customers in such a manner I would certainly have them replaced as quickly as possible.

Overall, not recommended.

paul is one of my regular place to be .....their choices of bread is absolutely amazing and very delicious .....staff is couteous and very professional...if i could i could just spend my entire day eating all sorts of their breads
