I was fortunate to have this restaurant recommended to me when I was working in Dubai last year and I took my girlfriend on 2 of the 3 nights she was over from the UK to stay with me. Suffice to say, we were both VERY impressed; the food is, quite simply, superb and when you then sit on the roof and enjoy a mint tea - the perfect end to a perfect meal :-)

When entering the restaurant you immediately felt welcomed by the host, this for our party set the tone for the rest of the evening and we were not disappointed.

The service was first class we did not need to prompt the serving staff to refill our glasses, our waiter was able to explain all the dishes on the menu and even advise on wine to accompany our choice of dishes - a rarity in Dubai. We even received advice us on the choice of tea to finish off our evening –mint leaf a splendid suggestion.

The food was excellent and cooked perfectly – I can throughally recommend the seafood platter or the lamb served with cous cous.

I would recommend booking the terrace for a good view. We will definitely be back for a return visit.

I have dined here a few times, and introduced a few visitors to the restaurant, and I've loved it everytime. The shared starters are fantastic, and the chicken tagine is part of my ritual!! If I can just find a way of getting a booking on the rooftop, my Shoo Fee Ma Fee experience will be complete...

The atmosphere outside at the top of the restauraunt can not be beaten - combined with a Shisha...... I'm still dreamin of it.
