the shawarma is the best around.no doubt but the staff is rude and generally quite unattentive if you do not speak arabic.

Have enjoyed this place regularly in the past, but of late the service & quality has dropped. The salad that accompanies every proper arabic meal, has slowly diminished, till at last we were told that there was`nt fresh produce in the markets & that was the reason that they wer`nt serving any. That was the last time I visited Automatic! I do hope they recover from that slump in service, cause the food was fantastic. Mixed grill was good.

Great food, great service. I have eaten there the two times I have been in Dubai and a can't pass up a visit with out dining here. Among my favorites - Chicken and Steak Scallopini, Grilled Hammor Fish, Fresh sqeezed Pomagranite Juice.

And you have to get their fresh garlic paste that they serve with their traditional Arabic Bread. There is nothing like it.

They are always so hospitable and make you feel very much like your home.
