Coco's

I have been to Coco's quite often and I'm very satisfied. The staff is always very friendly and the food taste and for a good price, much better than some other restaurants where you pay a fortune and get "crap" food.

We dine in on the 28th March 2007 for Dinner, the salad served was filled with dressing hardly you could see the green leaves in it and the main dish Steak with Shrimps and Chicken with shrimps, so dry and lack of taste. it is very sad to say the standards has gone down so badly.not worth the amount we spent.

I had an extremely bad experience with Coco's (CitiCenter) and would like to share. I went with my family (along with 4 kids) last week and a guest who requested a chicken Burger and I asked for beef one. After waiting 10-15 min we were shocked that the waitress came with 2 beefburger and said that they don't have any more chicken and she replaced by herown the order by another beef without "EVEN" checking with us.. I asked for the manager where the waitresses tried not to give his attention and I ended up with:

1- I asked for a customer survey/ THE ANSWER IS THEY DON"T HAVE

2- I asked for company email:/ ITHE ASNWER WAS a YAHOO Account (!!!)

3- Chicken Burger was delivered in 5 min after the complaint: THEY TOOK the order from another client and gave it to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is really a shame that such a chain to have such service and attitude and am trying to find the company email in US to report and give attention to their staff/ trianing and attitude but not able to do so. If you have please let me know.

Note: The manager was nice to deduct ONE burger but honestly OUR MEAL was screwed up by their attitude and most likely I shall not use this resturant any more

Good wholesome food,tinged with a mixture of familiarity.My family and I find Coco's to be the perfect meal out. Our 4 year old daughter still never tires of the trip because the staff treat her like royalty everytime we go there. Higly recommended to families with little ones looking for a good family restaurant.
