i used to love the food, i visited for more than 8 times in the past three years the steak is to so nice, but not anymore.
last time i was there was in october 2007, i ordered a steak .. i noticed that somthing is really diffrent .. when the quality of the good is not the same anymore.
i asked if the shef was changed and they confired that he left . and that was the last time for me, im realy sorry for that perfect resturant to not be on my list anymore.

I used to be a great fan of the Rib Room since moving from London four years ago. However on a recent visit at the end of August 2007 I was simply amazed at the lack of quality control. I was presented with two, one original order and one reorder, med rare (wagyu sirloin) and both tasted LIKE THEY HAD BEEN DEFROSTED IN THE MICROWAVE MOMENTS BEFORE COOKING! I am simply amazed that a restaurant of this caliber has fallen down so badly. Maybe it is a problem in the city where keeping quality emloyees is just too difficult. Maybe it was just a one-off but as a food lover, I would not serve that to a guest in my own house, I can only guess what a state of chaos the kitchen must be in. The meat when chewed stuck to my teeth, the poor animal died for no reason, what a complete waste.

The steaks are cooked perfectly to your requirements. The T-Bone is exceptional as is the fillet. Sides can be small and expensive but the size and quality of the steaks will make up for this. Best Steak I have ever eaten and i've eaten steaks!
