The Business Lunch is a very good value for money, the best spot in Town.
But if you want the true culinary experience ,go for the tasting menu at the dinner !Best quality ingredients ,put together in a very clever and imaginative way ,perfect balance of the flavors !Add to this a impeccable service , discrete and attentive ,and the most astonishing view over the gulf!

Still one of the Finest place to dine in the City.
The tasting Menu is a journey through a flavors ,textures and aromas !The Cucumber and Mint Gaspacho with a marinated Seafood ,was so light and Fresh, and Foie Gras dish with Raspberry was truly remarkable! But the hero of the show was the soft and tender Chilean Sea Bass, accompanied with a silky ,velvety Miso veloute!Wow!
I have just returned from NY City ,where I dined at Per Se and La Bernardin ,and VU’S is a something t Dubai should be proud of.
