Ordered Chicken Puffs, Mini Pizzas & a 3KG Disney Castle cake for my Daughter's birthday and got prompt delivery.
The food was fantastic! Crispy Puffs (clearly not microwaved/reheated), Light Pizzas (little tangy, little sweet) and the cake was moist and delicious (chocolate truffle).
Looking forward to using them again next year!

We were having a party in our office and we ordered cakes & pastries at Bakewell shop in Bur Dubai, Dubai, U.A.E. The shop promised to deliver the orders on the specified time but they delivered ONE HOUR AFTER!!!
Worst, the person who answered the phone was VERY VERY RUDE... instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused to the customer, he had the guts to raise his voice and argue. I wonder if Bakewell hires professional and educated staff. And I don't know if their staff has any idea what Customer Service means...
I thought Bakewell follows international standard. After this experience, I doubt it.
