The service is the worst service ever!

Don't go to the Dubai Festival City branch, you get very angry and ruin your day. Everybody complains about the service and nothing happened so far.

The staff is rude and lazy.

I had a great time at Chilis Burjuman. Server (Gala) was friendly and he treated almost everyone with care. He tried to serve the order with a smile on his face and apologize to them if he kept them waiting as he was also serving other guest. I'll be coming back to that place, no doubt about that!!!

My girlfriend wanted a steak and she suggested Chilis. So we went online to try and find the menu. But the international website doesn't allow menus to be viewed in Dubai locations.

So we called the number and spoke to some woman who told me to go to "www.chilisme.com" which wasn't even a registered website. The host had shut the website down and noone in Chilis Dubai knew a thing about it. So she suggested she e-mail me the menu. I didn't count on an email coming through, thinking back I don't even know why I bothered to give her my email, and guess what I never got it anyway.

I just called them back and ordered the food. This took so long as everything I said they repeated wrong. I asked if I could have a baked potato instead of mashed potato and the response was "Yes sir... mash potato ok?" "No, I want BAKED potato" "Ok sir I give mash potato for you" "No.. I want... oh don't worry, I'll have the mash" "Yes that what's I'm saying sir, mash potato no problem?" - So you get the idea...

Then I asked for the steak to be medium raw. Ask any chef, how is a steak best cooked? They'll answer "medium raw". At the world's best restaurants asking for well done steak is even offensive. But the lady on the phone wasted no time in saying "SIR!!! ARE YOU SURE!! ITS GOING TO BE SOOO BLOODY!" So I had to repeat it at least three times before she understood.

We got the meal and the ribs I ordered were average, the steak was actually quite good, and I will be ordering it again.

If Chili's could get a bit more organised with their phone service they'd be a lot better. But they are cheap labor so I doubt anyone cares.

me and my family went to chilies two days back and we had an excellent time, the food was great and the service was very good , it was Jumeirah Chilies.

Today 29 December 2009 I went to chilis in the Dubai Festival center , they kept us for 40 min no body came to take the order, then I felt that I get better service in Friday's resturant . this third time happend with me in Chilis resturant .I spoke to the manager in charge no respond!!!!!

Chili's was my favorite restaurant since then...but not anymore ! The last time we dine in at Al Ghurair branch was very frustrating. I personally suggested Chili's to celebrate my sister's bday but unfortunately the food served are not the quality one that we are expecting. Most of us ordered steak with the doness between medium-med well but it was served dry & rubbery. I even approach the manager on duty and the only thing he said was"that is their standard". Which is very surprising because this is not the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th.... time that we ate at Chilis. Maybe they are just in hurry to go home because they are about to close for the day.

had fun havin moulten choc last tym ,so m deciding to go 4 it tonite as it is my hubby's b'day:)i hope it wud be as gud as the last tym:)
