Fuddruckers

Fuddruckers the service was so great and very friendly..... but the food was a DISASTER!!!!! I always eat in Festival city everything there is great from staff to the food to the managers but in Jumeirah uggggghhhhh..... only the waitresses are great very good service but everything else is disaster

It was a sad experience at jummeira residence ..food was not good and the manager was exetremly unpolite and uncooprative ..he just talk like he was the honor of the resturant not an emplyer who should treat the coustumer good

Am sorry to start my letter by being dissapointed from the service of your newly opened branch in

Jumairah beach residence and since I've been a regular customer of your restaurent it was thw first time

I faced an impolite treatment from the manager himself where I had cancel my visit

And take a decision never to enter your restaurent again to avoid humiliate myself and

Sorry but I don't think your reputation will be highly graded

What a disaster of a restaurant when trying to take a party of 16 people to eat a Monday lunch. Now anyone with common sense would envisage that the restaurant may not be able to cope with that amount of people arriving and wishing to be seated together, hence pro-active thinking is to phone in advance and book the required tables.

However, like many other places in Dubai they do not take reservations and expect a company of 16 personnel to arrive and wait to be seated together, which when looking at the layout of the establishment, requires time and effort to set up.

Can someone please listen here and for parties, say of 10 or more, allow reservations because to lose out on a 2000 dirham lunch bill seems ludicrous business sense.
