The Noodle House

I was at the Noodle House last night and was disappointed in the drinks order. The menu has a list of mocktails and juices and since the juices are listed as "Freshly squeezed fruit juices", they are understandably more expensive than the other soft drinks and mocktails.

Imagine my surprise when my "freshly squeezed pineapple juice" was in fact watered down juice from a carton in a tiny glass. My friends mocktail came in a large glass and containted more pineapple 'juice' than my drink and was considerably cheaper!! When asked for an explanation I was told that the juices are delivered in the morning and that the small glass was management policy and couldnt be changed. I know its a small petty item but unfortunately due to the location this restuarant doesnt need to woo its regular local clientele but cater only for a fleeting tourist trade and its a pity that this attitude prevails

the noodle house was a good experience. i had chillie prawns with jasmine rice, but the noodles we got was very disapointing

We visited The Noodle House in November 2005 and I would be going there this afternoon again with my other group of friends. The food and drinks were exquisite and so was the seating arrangement at my first visit. We were seated at a round table. The ambience, lighting and color was amazing. The service was perfect! We had the best time ever! I dont believe I have even derived such pleasure even from our coffee shop which is our usual hangout place. I would highly recommend The Noodle House. Its a place you should take your friends and family too.
