I was very disappointed with the delivery service. I called at 11:35 hours based on my mobile time and as per the reservation agent it will arrive after 45 minutes to 1 hour but it came at 13:15 hours. I called to follow-up the order and the lady who answered my call try to check from the outlet however the outlet line was busy and she told me she will let the outlet call me but they didn't even bother to call me back.

I do apologize for the driver who deliver.

I love eating at Marrybrown and my kids love it too. Unfortunately, when we tried eating at Marrybrown located in Bur Dubai near Karama area and opposite Bur Juman, the service was terribly bad and I was really disappointed. The crew were not that friendly at all. When my son asked for additional catsup, the crew did not give him and told him he has to pay AED1 per sachet. I was astounded by the way the crew acted.
