Round Table Pizza

I'm totally disappointed with Round Table Pizza (Garhoud).

I called in at 9:30 and gave my order. I repeatedly told him that I would need the food to be delivered by 12 noon without any delay as we needed the food for a meeting.

The delivery got delayed and the delivery guy had left the restaurant only at 12:10 and through the traffic he reached the building only 12:40

I didn't expect Roundtable staff to be so irresponsible in a simple task like Time-management. I hope Round-Table management takes these basic services into serious consideration if they want to provide a better and competitive service.

The outlet in Garhoud, has the slowest service!

A 30 minute wait at the restaurant for a takeout. I know the solution is to call ahead, did exactly that ... still had a 30 minute wait!

We have been regulars to Round Table for the past 5 years. Their pizzas are delicious as well as those yummy garlic parmesan twists. The delivery time is usually 45mins,which is good for Dubai traffic. Pizzas always arrives hot at your doorstep cuz I think they place it in a bag that does let the heat escape or something like that. My friends used to go to Pizza Hut but I have converted all of them to Round Table Pizza. Pizza hut's food will taste like cardboard after you have tried Round Table. Actually just reviewing this place makes me hungry for pizza!
