With the kind of pricing vs against the quality of the products, there are many better places to dine. The qualities had gone down the Ski slopes. You can always find a great place to sit as this place are hardly filled up.

The food is a bit overpriced, as is the drinks, and the service is DREADFUL. waiting over a half hour to even order, then another 45 mins before the food arrived. great food tho.

Lots of choice of the menu, you should find something for everyone here. Prices ok, good location. Although it is part of the mall, there is a designated alcohol section closest to the Kempinski. Our food was good quality but I was disappointed with my beef ribs, this may be a personal thing as it was the first time I had ordered non-pork ribs and wasn't too keen. Service was slow.

I visited Dubai for a week and spent most of my dinners at Sezzam with the view of the ski slope. I enjoyed the atmosphere and variety of food.

Good place for familys on weekends too...my kids enjoyed the bouncing castle and the clown.

I think Sezzam is fab, what a cool concept! I was there on a Saturday where they have one of the biggest brunch buffets I have seen. Great kids area for the children..a bouncing castle, face painter...

As a business traveler I am coming regularly to Dubai and within each stay I visit Sezzam at least one time. It is the perfect end up after shopping in the Mall of the Emirates.

With the alpine atmosphere overlooking one of the biggest Indoor Ski Slopes, Sezzam, is just unique.

Furthermore it is a perfect solution to have three different cooking areas where everyone can make sure himself that the food is always prepared with the freshest products. Also the variety of food is amazing.

I also cannot share the previous opinion regarding the staff. In my eyes they are well skilled and overall attentive when you take into consideration that this restaurant covers over 900 seats.

As an overall opinion I would recommend Sezzam to everyone who is visiting Dubai, because it has the best prices.

This i would say is probably 5 time i went to Sezzam, Now you are probably wondering well then you must like it, In fact i like to give sometimes the benefit of the doudt, this last time i went However it took nearly 10 minutes to get served after being refered to as by one of the staff the stupid people sitting in the corner which came as a bit of a shock since they had served me before, then after explaining what i would like to eat 5 times to be told that it was off the menu, So i asked for something different and behold my eyes my first orgianal dish came with something that i had not ordered but told this is what i ordered and if i did not like it then you can give it to someone else or we do take away, About the place it self well it never had an atmosphere apart from the volume of the music going up and down and the staff talking somewhat loud in there own language value for money i think my point in the fact service needs to wake up i think really the food is good shame i spent half the night bringing it up but was the first time this has happened since i had eaten there. The bar do not know the name but honestly what a waste of space Especially with a night named Home grown goes with the standard i suppose unproffessional because thats what its saying local talent.

Oh i have never seen sezzam busy i wonder WHY!!!!!!!!

We have been to Sezzam several times, and even though it looks a little bit like a cafeteria, the overall dining experience is wonderful.

Have tried several dishes, each looked and tasted excellent, the staff is well trained and attentive.

We are pleased to live close by because we will definitely remain regulars!

I was sitting at the quick pick area when i was shopping at the mall of the emirates, thought of having something fast to go on the slope and ski.I was amazed by the fancy and well decorated dishes,it felt like a fine lunch as you're sitting at the quick pick.Service was fast and the complimentry smoothy was just wow.I'm looking forward to try the Flame arena as they call it.Bet it will feel royalty.
