One of the worst south indian restaurants that i have ever visited (especially the one next to lamcy)

I called and entered the restaurant at 10.50 p.m. Firstly for initial 10 minutes no one was visible....you literally had to call for people....when you ask for food....most of the items are not available.

When you order even something like ice-cream it takes ages..

The Manager is not present - someone comes and states that he is a Manager and than after 20 minutes there is a new guys who comes and introduces himself to be a Manager.

I will never ever recommend to visit this food chain.

Saravana Bhavan over a period of time bagged a big name in India and later accross. However, the branches in Dubai especially the one near Lamcy Plaza, even though promises a good ambience and delicious food,it is an absolute disaster when it comes to the quality of serivce. I would personally prefer not to visit again after my last and final visit. The service was extra ordinarily pathetic and not satisfactory. The management should re-think of doing something about the attitude of the floor staff from the personnel taking the order to the person serving the food.

After all food alone would not often draw the customer attention ! Cheers !!
