Hmmm...the place is pretty busy owing to all the popularity it has garnered through the years it has served in India. Have visited the karama branch lots of times. Its standard fare that one might expect to find at most south indian cafes/restaurants. Prices are the same too, well almost. One huge disappointment to the point of absolute disgust is the floor level service area. Dont know what they do behind the counters and kitchen area, it feels like kids playing around with metal kitchenware and creating an absolute din.The service, I suppose, owing to the crowd, is sometimes pathetic.
