From the second we arrived in, to the very last second we left, we were attended by the most wonderful staff and service. The food is a work of genius. The experience was astonishing, and we are so lucky to have access to it in the GCC. This is something we will be talking about for the rest of our lives.

The food was a delight, presentation perfect, and I was enthralled by the number of smaller components to every course which made up the whole course, giving a sensational experience of different flavours and textures (I hate the word textures when related to food, but here it matters and it works). The wine was superb, mostly down to the excellent Sommelier (Julien Coron) Heavens does he know his stuff.
It certainly wasn't a cheap experience, but I didn't expect it to be, and I left thinking that is was excellent value. Thank you all the staff at at Reflets - you are professional and you know your business. It is such a pity that Michelin is not in Dubai yet, because you would be an easy two stars and very probably a three star establishment.
Your service is rather better than Le Gavroche in London, and the overall experience is very similar to Marcus Waring at the Berkeley Hotel.

Elegance is the word that I kept thinking about when I left. Contemporary and risky food but aesthetic and tasty, outstanding service led by a charismatic maitre d' (Etienne, you re great!) and beautiful room. Not an everyday place considering the cost but worth every cent.

Simply great. The restaurant has been elected Best Restaurant in Dubai a few days ago (as well as Best European and Best New) and it is highly deserved. It is just excellent food served with class.

A true experience, amazing food and service. It comes at the price ($360 per person for food only) like the greatest things on earth but it is worth it. We will be back again and again and again. Simply the best.

A superb experience. Definitely a unique and exciting restaurant. I have been to many top rated restaurants in the world and this will be remembered as one of the very best meal I've had.
